The second ‘BEERS & FEARS’ event at the COLOSSEUM, BERLIN (CINEMA 9) will be presented by Anthony Straeger (founder of the Berlin Sci-fi Film Festival and Haunted House FearFest). There are two sessions screening independent films from around the world:
Session 1: A Selection of Short Films
Session 2: A feature film

Erleben Sie eine Fusion von Genres mit Craft Beer und Filmangst für einen unvergesslichen Abend. Egal, ob Sie ein Craft-Beer-Kenner oder ein Horrorfan sind, schließen Sie sich uns für einen berauschenden und gruseligen Abend an, der Sie nach mehr verlangen lässt.

SESSION 1 – SHORT FILM
SÉANCE (DE – Supernatural Drama – 25:00mins) A group of sceptics attend a séance hosted by a mentalist & medium at a stately home and encounter more than they bargained for.
THE FACE CRUSHER (USA – Suspense – 06:04mins) Two women swap scary tales around a campfire; one quits after hearing a story about The Face Crusher. But he’s not done with her.
ALIENS: LAST STAND (DE – Drama – 11:19mins) Sgt. Davis signals for rescue on USS Yotumo. A troop of marines from LV-446 faces a deadly trap on board that will seal their fate.
PETER THE PENGUIN (UK – Music/Animation – 09:11mins) Nigel is on his way to meet his partner’s daughter, Emily, for the first time and he hopes to make a big impression.
THE HEARSE SONG (AUS – Comedy Found Footage – 04:10mins) A dark and whimsical animated music video presenting an eerie narrative from a worm’s perspective.
