I’ve been looking around and there are loads of books on ‘Time Management’. I can’t say why I chose this but, I liked the idea of Time Management (something annoying) making me happy (something desirable). So to the point, it sets a simple tone, it promises how small implementations can have a good effect. I did as it said and didn’t put myself under any pressure, putting into action some of the exercises and it worked. It’s good and simple and makes for a useful reference book.
